Ahoj, chtěl bych Vás pozvat na náš dvoudenní turnaj W40k pořádaný 29-30.6.2024 v Pardubicích. Na turnaj máme pronajaté prostory SOU Plynárenské Pardubice (Poděbradská 93, 530 09 Pardubice II-Polabiny) Akce je vhodná pro nováčky i ostřílené borce.

Hlavní cenou pro vítěze bude GOLDEN TICKET na World Championships of Warhammer. (Pokud vítěz už Goldenticket vlastní, ticket automaticky postupuje na dalšího hráče v žebříčku)

Na akci vás čekají nemalé ceny v podobě vstupenek na Prague open (Frontier cup) a hmotné ceny od našich sponzorů. Turnaj budeme hrát v tělocvičně školy, prosím proto všechny aby měli nějaký druh přezůvek, pantofle, sálovky nebo něco podobného.

K ubytování nám poslouží internát školy, takže žádné karimatky, každý dostane svou postel, skříň a sociální zařízení. Pokoje k dispozici jsou 2,3 a 4 lůžkové, nemohu zaručit že budete bydlet pospolu jak si přejete, ale budu se snažit vyjít co nejvíce vstříc. Poplatek za ubytování ještě není pevně dohodnut, ale předběžně debatujeme a nejspíše se dohodneme na částce 250-350kč osoba/noc. Jiné ubytování na místě není možné. Parkování na místě nebo hned v okolí zdarma je možné ve skoro neomezeném počtu. Startovné na turnaj bez ubytování je 600 Kč. Na místě bude připravené občerstvení, alkoholické i nealkoholické nápoje, pivo na výčepu nebude chybět a o jídlo se také postaráme.

Hrát s šachovými hodinami není povinné. Nicméně hru s hodinami silně doporučujeme jestliže jeden z hráčů požaduje hru s hodinami, stávají se hodiny povinnou součástí hry pro oba hráče. Skórování: Každá hra bude hodnocena rozdílem VP (victory points získané v průběhu hry) mezi oběma protihráči. Na základě tohoto rozdílu budou každému hráči přiděleny body za hru = GP (game point) dle tabulky níže. Hráč s vyšším počtem GP vyhrává hru. For the tournament we have rented the premises of SOU Plynárenské Pardubice (Poděbradská 93, 530 09 Pardubice II-Polabiny) The event is suitable for newcomers and experienced players.

The grand prize for the winner is a GOLDEN TICKET to the World Championships of Warhammer. (If the winner already owns the goldenticket, the ticket automatically moves on to the next player in the leaderboard)

The event will provide you with great prizes in the form of tickets to the Prague open (Frontier cup) and material prizes from our sponsors. We will be playing the tournament in the school gym, so please make sure everyone has some kind of slippers, flip flops or something similar. We will be using the school's dorm for accommodation, so no mattresses, everyone will get their own bed, wardrobe and bathroom. The rooms available are 2,3 and 4 bedded, I cannot guarantee that you will stay together as you wish but I will try to accommodate as much as possible. The accommodation fee is not yet firmly agreed but we are tentatively discussing and will probably agree on a figure of 250-350kč person/night. Other accommodation on site is not possible. Free parking on site or immediately nearby is possible in almost unlimited numbers. Entry fee for the tournament without accommodation is 600 CZK. There will be refreshments, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, beer on tap and we will also take care of the food.

Playing with chess clock is not compulsory. However, playing with a clock is strongly recommended if one player requests to play with a clock, the clock becomes a mandatory part of the game for both players.
